How do you explain what is going on?

As a mother, I would be VERY angry to send my 4yo son into the bathroom only to have him come out crying and terrified over seeing one man "trying to eat another man's pee-pee!" That's exactly what a small child would see. Public is not the place for that shit, man. Maybe you don't care about exposing children to that, but millions of us parents do. If I ever caught you doing that in front of my child, I'd see you got the worst punishment allowable by law.

There is a time and a place for things. If there is ever the possibility of a child seeing inappropriate behavior such as you described ES, it SHOULD NOT be done. It 'might' be okay if it was a bathroom in an bar or an adult nightclub or something.
