presumably, b/c the guy had no priors so was let go w/ a warning. however, since she was charged, i would imagine that such information is considered public knowledge and hence, can be reported.

Or maybe the police officers (male-female pair, perhaps) could continually turn away the couple, and end up convincing them to go home...but then become so aroused that they end up having sex in public themselves.
