I'm thinking out loud, but given that such a scenario is something of a contrivance, why not acknowledge that in the story itself -in other words, this is something the two girls have cooked up as an idea of their own, either for their own amusement, or for an ulterior motive that has to do with a third party.

It was called the Miller Cat Fight Girls and that was like three or four years ago. I suppose the story itself isn't the worst idea ever.

Yeah, it's for Miller Lite. A later commercial had the two guys from the first commercial taking off their shirts to get ready to fight over it, then decided to resolve their issues peacefully and just be friends.

Shortly later, it's revealed that it's the two girls from the first commercial talking about what would make a great beer commercial, while the two guys drink their beers and look annoyed in the background.
