I forgot to click "save changes", but it is NOT all my fault!Rybka said:Anybody know anything about this new feature?? And when it is going to be activated?
It takes awhile to click on 175 poems. And it is frustrating to have all the "on" box clicks not take.

How did you do the thermometer thingy?? - Thanks for the vote too!!!Tristesse said:Well, Rybka. I just used the "public comment" option for "Merry Christmas". Let's see what happens now.

I love it BTW.
I don't think it is, Tristesse. I went to your Lit. page, but none of the poems I clicked on had the "public comment" box. - Though at Literotica it should more appropriately be "pubic comments" don't you think?Tristesse said:Me too - as of a few hours ago.
*waits*
Go to your "view submissions" screen. There is a new clickable box with each poem that allows "public comments" to be made and viewed. Click on one of my poems in the signature line and try it. (Don't forget to VOTE also!OT said:what the heck are you guys talking about. I don't see no public comment anything. where should i look ?
You didn't do what I did the first time did you? - You did remember to click on the "Save Changes" bar at the bottom of the "View Submissions" page after you clicked the new "Yes" option, didn't you?Tristesse said:Hmmm, well - it looks as if it's switched on. Don't know what else to do.
OT - it's a new feature that allows others to view your feed back. I'm not sure how it works yet. Just fiddlin'.

Post a poem link that is active so that I can go comment on something!
So sorry, Tristesse, it is still not working.Tristesse said:Yes - I went over it , checking, again making sure I saved the changes. It all looks good.

Fool, I voted and commented on "Angeline Blues".
So sorry, Tristesse, it is still not working.- But you got a new vote at least!

I guess the same way they look to everyone else. Go back and read what you posted and see, or/and click on my "EYE Chart" and see what Angie wrote. (Hey yeah! Go do that and then you can vote and leave your OWN comment and I will have TWO comments on ONE poem! - That is more than the number of votes on most of them!Tristesse said:Well, thank you, Rybka. I'll fiddle a bit more.
Tell me, how do the comments appear to the recipient?

KillerMuffin said:IN ORDER TO GET THE COMMENT FEATURE TO WORK
You must go to the options portion of your author's profile and allow feedback. You do not have to permit anonymous feedback, but you do have to permit feedback.
That's why it doesn't work for Tristesse.
Angeline said:I feel I should thank you on his behalf. Actually, both of you.
I just turned public comments on for all my poems. I'm thinking I may post new poem review comments there as well as the new poem thread. Any comments/suggestions on that?
