This piece of information is something that I dreamed about when I took a nap today afternoon. A link into my brain cannot be provided at this time. It will be provided when google comes up with better mapping procedures.
The smaller amounts are given away, but the jackpot is never given away. The states continue to make money from the hopes of people who want to be rich.
Nobody wins. The computer programs that come up with lucky numbers are written in such a way, that they check to see what combinations of numbers have not been issued. Then they conveniently publish the winning numbers to fool poor citizens who have invested in tickets.
Every winner you know has only won 50 or 100 dollars. Except in television shows and movies, I do not know anybody who hit a jackpot.
There are some news items here and there, but they are just made up by the media. Everyone knows the MEDIA lies from time to time.
