Of course it is, as long as you never go anywhere on the net except to Microsoft sites or sites approved by Microsoft. The minute you stray off the chosen path, it freezes, sneezes and throws up all over the place.

I went to MS IE8 web site to reinstall IE8 and saw a Reset option.

We will see if it works.
