Well i'm not really out there with it, but i have done a few things. Either rubbing the area between your anus and sack *you need to apply some pressure* I prefer this one because your hand can gently massage your balls while you do it. Or when i enter back there i use some oil and i don't push far in i just tap gently upwards to stimulate the prostate. The anatomical name for that area is the perineum. It's more commonly called the taint.
