I'd say very different, but not necessarily "better". The Prostate orgasm is more building waves of pleasure without a defined peak. They often involve involuntary contractions of the pelvic wall and sphincters and for me last 5-10 minutes of rolling pleasure, sometimes so intense that you get a little emotional. But they can vary. And without that peak explosion, some can wonder if they had an "orgasm" at all. It's different. Better is relative. Not everyone can cum from prostate stimulation and some don't enjoy the sensations so for them, it's not better.

For those capable of it, most would say it's "better". The orgasm can hit like truck. The prostate needs constant stimulation during orgasm and before so it's like a slow focused escalation to an orgasm and not just hitting a tipping pointing.

Because of that it's can be a bigger build up. But there's much less post orgasm sensitivity so it never feels overstimulating until it's over and sometimes not at all. Exactly! Anal orgasm not the same as a prostate induced orgasm or a penis induced orgasm. I prefer the first two. You don't need an erection for the first two.
