There's also a period of "rewiring" that many people report that they need to go through in order to start registering prostate sensations as pleasure. I wish I had advice, but since everyone is different my only advance is this:

Try different things. Experiment. What works for me may not work for you. I would try a few different cheaper types of toy to see what works best for you before making a big pricey investment on something that may not work for you.
