I think so. Did some further research on this out of curiousity a while back and this actually was originally developed as a theraputic technique used by urologists. I'm not sure if that differs from the sexual uses or not. Google Prostate Massage and you'll find a number of sites giving non-sexual infromation regarding this.

Well, I was the one who was more interested, and I'd guess my wife (then g/f) was a little weirded out at first. But she knew that anal felt good having received from me, so she went along with it.

OK, I've personally never had my wife try to stimulate my prostate INTERNALLY. She's tried externally, and while light touching on the area is extremely arousing, actual pressure to massage the prostate doesn't do anything for me. If anything it's actually uncomfortable.

Personally, having my prostate stimulated from the outside does very little for me.

The problem is that most straight guys, at least young ones, seem to think that getting pleasure from anal stimulation makes them gay. It is of course bullshit, but that's what they think.
