First word of caution about giving a prostate massage: make sure you don't have long, sharp fingernails. You don't want to cut the tissue inside his rectum.

The ideal position is to have your guy on all fours. Use lots of lube and insert your middle finger into his rectum and curl it toward the front of his body.
