prostate massage after ejaculation

Feels good, it doesn't make me hard again, but u can get hard and cum again after 15 to 20 mins anyway

What should it be effective for after ejaculation?

This isn’t really an fun erotic answer, but here’s an answer to your question:

Massaging after ejaculation is probably effective for treating prostate inflammation. I am prone to mild prostatitis, and have found that prostate massage before, during, and after ejaculation is great. I’ve seen discussions about whether it’s best to massage before or after. The theory is that for people with inflammation and/or prostatitis, some of the ducts inside the prostate get clogged, which results in stagnant fluid which leads to infection. The prostatic fluid behind the clogged ducts doesn’t get released during ejaculation. By massaging before ejaculation, the ducts may be opened and the stagnant fluid behind these ducts can be released during ejaculation. The argument for massaging after ejaculation is that after ejaculation, only the trapped fluid remains in the prostate, and that subsequent massaging can be more effective in treating these regions of the prostate. I have found that when massaging during ejaculation (and immediately after), the valves seem to be loose, so that it’s easy to massage additional fluid out. My wife and I tend to massage before, during, and after ejaculation…. because it’s fun and helpful for a healthy prostate.

I don't think that the clogged duct theory is accepted by all doctors. However, I'm very certain that prostate massage is more effective than antibiotics for me.

Thanks for your insight: far beyond the thread opener's goal ... yet definitely useful for more than a reader :)
