well its small and the size of a walnut, when you go in you aim towards your penis. Once you find it, start using your finger with a "come here motion". It takes a little while, it did for me to get it, but just keep at it

It's some what noticable, but you have to work at it. It really takes time to achieve the sensation.

I've experimented off and on, trying to achieve an anal orgasm with no success. At least I doubt I succeeded because I don't really know what it would feel like. I've tried to find my prostate but have yet to reach that point where anal starts feeling sensationally good. From intense discomfort to numbness is as far as I can get.
