I prefer the red label prosciutto di parma. It goes for like $25 per pound. I like to use it sparingly in a fresh italian roll with spicy calabreze salami, whole milk mozzarella, thin sliced tri-color pepperdos (which are sweet peppers that come in red, green, & orange). Topped off with some spicy giardiniera. A couple of pepperonici on the side. Wash it down with a Mexican coke.
