This is actually a pretty hard question

I mean, there's the obvious (every male is gonna be thinking it) wanting to trade places with Billy Bob in Monster's Ball.

Then there's the Tim Roth and Julia Ormond scene in Captives, which I find incredibly hot...and in the same vein, Jude Law and Rachel Weisz in Enemy at the Gates.

But I'm gonna go with Wild Things - Neve Campbell/Matt Dillon/Denise Richards.
