Profile problems

I tried to update my profile.

When I tried to activate changes I got a message to validate new email address. Address had not changed. I went to my email address at Yahoo and validated the address. When I went back to the profile it was blank.

This happened numerous times over a couple of days.

Any fixes or suggestions?

A similar thing happened to me several days ago when I tried to update my profile. It asked me to re-validate my email address, even though I hadn't changed it.

But after re-validating it, everything worked.

The only issue is, there's TWO profiles to type in. It's sort of like a split, but each thing contains the same content. So if I want to update my profile, I have to do it on both place. (if that makes any sense at all)

It worked ok when I copied the same wording into both boxes. I still had to re-validate my unchanged email though.

Thank you for the reports.

This appears to be an issue caused by our work on the New Control Panel.

We are working on getting the email, avatar, and bio bugs on the Old Control Panel resolved now!

Please let us know if you find any further issues. :D
