Profile Avatar?

Tried to put this in Tech Support, but I don't have permission to post there.

I want to put an avatar pic on my profile but can't figure how. "Edit Profile" takes me to the same page that "Change Email and Password" does.

I'm not sure if this is still the case, but at one point you had to have a minimum of 100 forum posts before you could have a profile picture. Click. There's numerous word game threads on both the Author's Forum or in the Playground. Participate in a few of those and you'll hit your quota in no time.

After the aforementioned 100 posts is reach a new item on your Control Panel menu will appear, actually two new items. If it doesn't, you might have to logout and log back in.

Items that will appear are:

Edit Avatar
Edit Profile Picture
