Problems with changing my AV

For some odd reason (for the past week or so) everytime I attempt to change my av, Lit informs me that I am not logged in.
Is there any reason for this? Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Sounds like a cookie problem or something. Try clearing those, and logging in and making the change.

To clear them in internet explorer:

1) Go to tools->internet options
2) Click 'delete cookies'
3) Close *all* of your browsers and re-login

Then give 'er a go.

I have had this same problem for well onto three weeks now.
I have done everything I can think of,,,clearing all cookies, closing all windows...even restarting my cp. But nothing....

I am at a loss....
wish someone could help me with this, but I don;t have a clue.
