Problems w/ Chat application & Literotica Support

Having just joined Literotica, I thought that I would try some of the features available to members such as the Chat application and the forum. Obviously the BB works fine. However, I cannot get the Chat appliction to load. I created an account as required and then when I try to load Chat I get the following message:

DigiChat is loading - please wait...
We're sorry, but our chat application requires a Java compatible browser in order to run.

I use many web applications theat require Java and ActiveX controls, so I don't think that I should have to download anything additional.

The page from which the Chat application load indicates that if you have problems to contact Literotica at chat@literotica.com and desribe the operating system, and browser used (I am running Widows XP Pro, Internet Explorer 6.0). I have requested help from twice and get no response. Any of you savvy people out there want to help since Literotica's techies are reading too much erotica and not checking their help line?

I've found the "contact us" email doesn't yield much. Perhaps you will have to d/l something additional. I noted the requirement, This chat applet requires a java enabled browser, most any version from MS, Netscape, or AOL released in the last two years should work fine. Sorry I can't be of much help but I'm hoping a bump to your thread might catch Weird Harold's eye... he is quite the guru.
