I am a 18 year old male. I have a few questions and problems. I don't feel right about my looks at all. I am a tiny 5'7-8ish weighing about 64. This is the major problem i m 18 and still this short, you guys reckon i will stil grow or am i done for, my father is 5'11 and my mum about 5'2???. I would attach a pic but i m a bit embarrassed in doing so, so if you are genuinely wanting to help me PM me and i can show you show tiny i am. If some of the females just want a pic i don't mind lol.
Secondly this size of my penis, i know every gurl says size doesn't matter but when i m just about a very short 5 inch i don't feel confident about having sex, the gurl may not mind but it keeps playing on my mind you know and it just doesn't help my confidence meaning being naked and having sex with this size. You might grow a little, and you can certainly change your body shape through exercise (e.g. gaining weight and adding muscle mass), but you're likely done with most of your growing.

5'7-5'8 or so isn't that short. My husband's about that height and pretty wiry (but very strong). He looks great and healthy, and even better when he swims regularly or adds a little muscle mass (he's about 150lbs currently). I've always preferred taller men because I'm taller and curvy, but I'm very attracted to him, just the way he is.

Actually, 5 inches is perfectly average! Not too small or too big, and many women truly believe it's just right for spontaneous sex, anal sex, etc.

It might grow a little bit in the coming years, but you should start loving what you have instead of hoping for a penile growth spurt.

It doesn't sound like you're doing the exercises correctly. The muscle you should be exercising is the one that stops the flow of urine and makes your penis jump up when you flex it. It shouldn't require you to work your ass or abs. Here's some info/instructions:

For the record, 5'7" is not very short, I'm only 5'4" and I don't see how any girl would have a problem with your height (unless your attracted to extremely tall woman, than that may cause a problem). Since men typically are later bloomers than girls, it is possible for you to grow maybe an inch or so, but don't expect any miracles. A former flat-mate of mine had a growth spurt at around 20, he shot up 4 cm (about 1.5 inches) in the course of two months. Most males finish growing around 20, 21, depending. Ask your father when he reached his final height, maybe you'll follow suit.

It does go without saying, though, that smoking and excess alcohol can slow down growth (note the word can, it's not definite, but can contribute).

Yes. In my privileged experience there are 4 types of Os centred around the pussy and ass. The important thing to remember is that not all women are capable of them by any means. From what I've read, most women need clitoral stimulation in order to achieve an vaginal O.
