Problem with site?

Now either part of the site has vanished or something's wrong with my browser. Whenever I go to http://www.literotica.com/stories/index.php all I get is a banner and a blank screen.
I've tried rebooting but that didn't work. I'm using the latest version of Netscape so I don't know quite what to do.. Any suggestions?

I dont have any problems with it Never. Loads fine here.
Then again I'm using IE5.

I was told in chat that the new version of netscape was not compatible with the java program for chat, not sure if it affects this part of Literotica also.

I have a similar problem occasionally when the site is very busy. It usually goes away after about 15-20 minutes.

More often, I get a bad connection and everything I try to access is deathly slow. Some times I have to resort to disconnecting and using one of the alternate numbers for Juno to get a connection that doesn't tie up my modem with repeated error induced delays.

To determine if it is the site, or your ISP connection, go to another site and see if it has the same problem. If it's just Literotica, the only thing you can do is try again later when fewer people are trying to read stories at once.

I can go to the stories with IE 5.5 . Cannot get to the stories with Netscape 4.75 . The bulletin board works fine with either browser. It has been this way all morning.

Problem here, too. I tried the main page for the site, http://www.literotica.com and only got the upper half of the page. Refreshed the screen 3 times, still the same thing.

I think it's safe to say, that it's a problem with this sites compatiblelity with Netscape.
As it has been said a couple of times before. It could be some of the bugs in the bew scripts.
A guess would be the **********.

Also, only about the top half of the story index page loads in IE 5.5 . It stops at the poetry section title.

Netscape 4.7 gives me a banner at the top and a blank page except for the blue tile thingies at the sides.

IE5 gives me half the page and stops at poetry submissions, too.

It may be needless to say it, but I never had these problems before, and no settings have been changed.

Please, don't make me go to those other, scary sites. The kind where you can't close your screen without another 'popping' up, where every other paragraph is a banner. Even those where you even have to <shudder> pay!

At this horrible site a few days ago (which I wondered on totally by mistake, I assure you) and all I wanted was a nice mind control story where cheerleaders have anal with the family dog while their parents watch (old reference there) and all I got were pictures of Pamela Lee Anderson's breasts.
