Problem with posting images??

Is there a certain way to post an image in the forum's and in PM?? I'm using the IMG thing and some of my pictures pop up, and some are just blank in the preview. Are certain sites banned in the link?? Do I need a certain amount of posts? Help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes.


Some sites also block remote linking.
