Problem with PM Box

I have a question. My PM Box is empty(all folders) and yet whenever I log in it still shows that I have 63 messages in my Inbox. How can I fix this problem or is there a way?

Check your sent messages and your tracking. Clean those folders out as well.

I've cleaned out every folder I have, which why I'm so puzzled as to why it still show messages that dont exsist.

Make sure you are checking all the messages. Not just the ones in the last 30 days.
