Problem unloading a story chapter

I've posted numerous stories in the past. The latest (Chapter 1) was just published a couple of days ago. But, trying to upload Chapter 2, nothing gets transferred from my folder to the "New Story' after selecting the file. I don't know what to do.

Any ideas?

Lit's been having issues over the past 24/48h. There was a 2h window last night where I couldn't log in.
