Problem: Samsung S5 phone; "Quick Links"

I just recently bought a Samsung S5. I previously used an S3 with no problems.

When I tap "User CP", "FAQ", or any of the other topics across the top, I get what I expect.

But when I tap "Quick Links", I get nothing.

Can anyone tell me why?

I can access most of what is under the quick links by first tapping user cp and then selecting what I want from the list at the left. But there are some things that I can't access ... and I would really rather just click quick links.

If you're using Chrome, the drop-down of 'Quick Links' list appears far to the right, usually outside the page border. A quick fix would be to turn off automatic zoom options (or is it the other way around..?).

I am in fact using Chrome, & I noticed this morning that if I am zoomed entirely out of the page then the window does open up. I will take your suggestion and play around with it and post back my response here. Thank you very much for answering. I hate new phones.
