Problem posting GIFs in chat

Hello.
As a frequent visitor to the chat sites, I often post GIFs while in PMs with other members.
Tonight (Feb. 7) when I tried to post GIFs from ********** I received error messages. I've posted 100s of GIFs from that site in the past. Here's a link to one I tried to post that didn't work.

Is this a glitch or a permanent issue?

Looks like the server hosting that website may be experiencing a cyber event. I'd check on it again in 24 hours.
