I was thinking about having some girlfriends over for a private pleasures party.
I was just wondering if there is any other kind of place that gives these kinds of parties. I had 1 private pleasures party when i was 19, it wasnt fun at all. the lady they sent out to our house was really old and just had no bounce to any of it. All she did was explain hwo the stuff worked, she didnt make it fun or even smile the entire time she was there - when someone would make a wise crack, she's stare at them till they shut up then would continue. so - yeah very dull party lol Are all private pleasures consultants like that or just a very select few?

Thanks in advance.:rose::heart:

Well, there are about a gazillion in home sex toy party companies out there, so maybe you should look for one that advertises being fun, and try that. Many "consultants" have their own websites, and I've seen several that talk about what they do at parties (including games, door prizes, etc.). If I were you, I'd google to find a local consultant who had a website that looked good, then call her and talk to her about her strategies for making parties fun. Also ask her about her sales strategies - you're looking for someone who believes in the products, educating women and making it fun, rather than someone who will try to push stuff on your friends and make them feel obligated to buy something.

I'd also look at the toys offered by different companies and factor that into my decision of who I went with. Some of the companies offer a ton of pure junk that's waaaaay overpriced; I'd much rather offer my friends quality products that are reasonably priced (well, as reasonable as tupperware-type party sex toys can be).

I've never heard of Private Pleasures, so perhaps it's a company with less training or dedicated salespeople. Passion Parties is one of the larger ones, but like I said (and linked to above) there are a ton of these companies out there. Most companies have a zip code/area lookup to find your local consultant(s) I think.

Hope that helps!

Try a slumber party, not a sleepover, that is the name of the company. They're pretty fun!
