I'll wait for the reports to come out. However I can see how he might have done himself in. All that had to happen was for him to zig when the van zagged. Throwing ones self around in a moving vehicle is not conducive to a long life.

That being said, the police still aren't off the hook. Why in the hell wasn't he restrained while in the van? That is flat irresponsible on the cops part. Even though that takes the event out of the murder category it's still negligent homicide.

Until the reports come out police brutality is still on the table, hell, everything is on the table.
