Not that I'm aware of, unless you have a tongue, clit or labia piercing. It's possible, although unlikely, that the 2 piercings could get entangled.

I don't have any first hand experience, but I think if you just *ignore* it and treat it like an unadorned cock you should be fine. Well, his wife has both a tongue and clit piercing and she hasn't had a problem.... So, i'm probably pretty safe on that one. I'm sure it would depend on the jewelry types.
