Remember the primary readers from the 50"s!?
We could probably help eliminate adult iliteracy with new versions of the "Dick & Jane" books. ie;
See Tom. See Dick. See Jane. See Tom dick Jane!
See mother. See Spot. See Tom. See mother spot Tom!
Run Tom run!! ;)
 
no i dont, but you're funny! what about lesbian and gay books?
 
I was always a little worried about the sexual orientation of the famous five from the Enid Blyton childrens books

They didn't have those in the 50's. Although it was a time you could be gay and happy...

See Dick. See Gary. Dick likes dick. Gary likes dick. The boys enjoy dick. Watch the boy eat dick. Dick and Gary also like balls. Watch the boys play with balls. Dick and Gary are Gaylords.
 
Never read them too caught up in wether or not i was impressed by their continious eating of lashiings and lashings of home made ice cream

i like the nursery rhymes also...i mean, what's up with the rubadubdubbing of those three men in a tub anyway..

of course we used to screw with 'em just for fun...

little jack horner sat in the corner eatin' his little sister...
little boy blue come blow your brother..

real intellectual stuff like that..
