Idea that popped in my head.
A world where a new drug has been developed, the drug is designed for men and brings out their primal urges, sort of a mix of Viagra and energy boosting drugs, however it also causes men to lose their mind.
Ater taking it a man gets obsessed with sex and it gives them incredible stamina, they can go for 4 hours straight cumming time after time, their cocks swelling bigger and harder than ever before. However they will grab any women nearby and don't know what they are doing.

As I was first reading your post, I thought of Non/con. Then, with the women secretly feeding it to their men, I thought of Mind Control. The other option, with both parties aware of the drug, would be Erotic Couplings. You could even have an orgy with a bunch of people in the room, half willingly taking the drug, and placing it in Group Sex. You could even have a very brave - and adventurous - woman host a gangbang, with the males taking the drug and all of them fucking the shit out of her. Then I thought "In what universe would that be realistic?" so then I was like what if there was a drug... Interesting idea. A few spin offs ideas:
