A world where a new drug has been developed, the drug is designed for men and brings out their primal urges, sort of a mix of Viagra and energy boosting drugs, however it also causes men to lose their mind.

Part of that would rely on what category you want to place the story.

As I was first reading your post, I thought of Non/con. Then, with the women secretly feeding it to their men, I thought of Mind Control. The other option, with both parties aware of the drug, would be Erotic Couplings. You could even have an orgy with a bunch of people in the room, half willingly taking the drug, and placing it in Group Sex. You could even have a very brave - and adventurous - woman host a gangbang, with the males taking the drug and all of them fucking the shit out of her. I'd do this during the drugs experimental phase. Of course it's tested on primates, some sort of monkey and the two female doctors administering the test are both shocked by what happens in the habitat afterward.
