I watched President Biden and President Zelenskyy yesterday and it disturbed me that with a foreign President sitting before him and the world watching, he used the opportunity to engage in domestic politics. This is disturbing. That should always be kept in-house and behind the oceans and as the leader of the nation, he should be presenting, i.e., presiding over, a united front.

Either he is fully in charge and gave in to his worst petty political proclivities and instincts,

or,

he is not in charge and his handlers are giving him very bad political direction(s).
