I know what you mean. The one main point he did make was that the countries that harbor these cowards will be treated as the cowards will be. I could not agree more.

My guess is he's keeping it brief for two reasons.
1. There really isn't a lot he can add right now. Most of what he knows, he can't share.
2. He is keeping calm, and as we've all learned today, part of keeping calm is keeping quiet.
He addressed the families of the victims sincerely. I also believe what he said about hunting the perpetrators.
