This is a major reboot of my story idea titled Half-Sister or Step-Sister. A father finds out that his college age daughter is a lesbian. He was mad at first. Because he had been trying to do sexual stuff with her since she reached legal age. Fearing her father's anger at finding out she's lesbian she finally agrees to do it with him. He was surprised and tried to explain it wasn't necessary but she didn't let him explain. They continue to have sex and one day they are caught by her brother, younger, older or twin doesn't matter. So after having sex with both her dad and brother her half sister catches them. You could pick what happens with the half sister. I was thinking maybe have her threaten to tell their mom, but for some reason she may not do it. Also the older sister ends up pregnant. She'll continue to have sex with her dad and brother and keep the baby. She could find a girlfriend that is okay with her doing those things with her family.
