hmm let me think.I anm pretty sure My husband and I had sex right up until the ned,although i think it was possibly a few days before I actually went in to labour that we actually made love.
And it was 6 weeks after we had sex...i remember clearly....it was the earliest we could do it! We were mad with lust by that time

For us, sex was positively terrific while I was pregnant!
We actually had sex the night before our daughter was born - lol - Hey! Childbirth class said that was a terrific thing to do to cause labor to begin - they were right!
Now with our son, I was too uncomfortable - we stopped a couple of weeks before.
It was certainly six weeks after before I felt comfortable enough to have sex - we made it - barely!

Sex after birth
Great true story:
A couple was having their first baby, and the husband was there being supportive. He coached her through the delivery, and was offered a chance to cut the cord. The cord was cut, and the baby taken over to the warmer.
The horny husband leaned over and softly asked the doctor, "Hey, doc........ How long before we can have sex again?"
Without missing a beat, the doc looked up and said, "A gentleman would at least wait until the placenta is delivered."
Obviously, they must have stopped a few weeks before delivery.
