Who gives a shit?
FOX network ratings for this year's World Series are down a whopping 18%. I think that speaks volumes.
The vast majority of Americans could care less "which" team from NYNY wins.
Give us the Braves, the Cardinals, the A's, hell, even the Red Sox would offer the rest of America a little diversion and give us a reason to watch.
So, for the record, I'm all for re-alignment now and putting both of those NYNY teams in the American League so this will never happen to America's past time again.
And finally:
Geaux Tigers, College World Series Champions:
1991, 1993, 1996, 1997, 2000
AND - Sure this is not the proper forum for this, but I'm just following suit - Bush/Cheney 2000 - Give America Some Dignity Back
