Practical Butt Plug Advice Needed

I have a story in progress that includes the use of butt plugs. How long is a practical amount of time that you can wear one? In my story, I have a character being "forced" to wear one all day - at work. It's rather sexually charged scene with that constant presence in their butt, however, I'm worried that I'm taking it too far.

So - how long have you or a lover been able to wear a butt plug? Size doesn't matter as much as the length of time spent using/wearing it.

Bonus question: how do you refer to the idea of using one? Do you "use" a butt plug or "wear" it?

I use mine all day sometimes, sometimes for a few hours. I like how it fills me up and feels when I'm sitting on it at work. I have to be careful if I expel gaseous substances as it has been known to dislodge itself from my sweet little B hole.

i've certainly read posts by subs there who talk about wearing one all day while out & about. presuming the character works an office job, i imagine that could prove problematic at times, just as you yourself appear to be.

Either way - is all day wearing practical? I can guess a few hours wouldn't be a problem. I can imagine 2 or 3 - but does it change if someone is aiming for 7, 8 or 9 hours?
