I like the fact that my post count shows as being so low. Of course, I didn't post at all for the first 2 1/2 years that are being counted.

I just hate it when guys in general think Men or Women that stay home to raise their own kids dont work! Just try it for more then a couple days and see if its work or not- you have to agree Katie it is hard work.

Just because you spend off time posting, getting any adult time is hard when you are a parent, doesnt mean you dont work, I work full time, have two kids and look after my home and a husband ( God knows he cant take care of himself!) Lucky is lucky enough to have a little one that still takes naps, oh how I wish mine were that young again, well maybe not! lol

Oh yeah! I'm a role-playing fool. Got 2 (maybe 3) going on right now and would start more (got an urge for another bodice-ripping pirate story) but I waste too much time here. I love those long, on-line seductions over on the SRP board.

Of course they count. But those posts tend to be long--typically 1000 words or so--so they don't do much for the old average.

Okay so we have established that our dear Lucky likes to post. I am in the midst of joining the stay at home mom group, not by choice, but this is not the issue.
While these boards may be addicting, they are also a source of letting one debate, share, and learn from others one would never have the chance to speak to otherwise. It's a place where you can get a sympathetic ear, join someone in a cup of tea, boost morale, learn silly trivia, and it has the added bonus of sexual innuendo.

I find myself wanting to post more on various threads, but sometimes find myself in awe of the content and cannot find the words I feel will make for intellegent feedback. Lucky has that capacity to offer a valid opinion, champion a cause or be a shoulder to cry on, as well as supply us with some great AV's to stimulate us.

So Lucky, dear sweet girl, your not a loser, you're a postiing whore, something we should all aspire to be.

So I too will join the ranks of "Posting Whore" and clog up the threads with my nonsense, smartass comments, and hopefully some day, an opinion that matters or at least has relevence.
