Posting non naked pics

I know I can't post photos which show any sexual body parts, but I am working on a new story where it would be useful to post a photo of me wearing erotic fancy dress, would this be allowed ?

No breasts, nipples or vagina would be visible.

Illustrated is the obvious home for it. Laurel has sometimes allowed images in other categories but I think that's on a case-by-case basis.

Well no one has suggested I can't put up the clothed pics. So yes, I will submit the story to the illustrated section.

If those are photos from real people, you might somehow need to convince Laurel that the subject has agreed on being exposed in a Literotica story, or make them unrecognizable. I truly hope you won't be allowed to include random people in literotica stories.

If the Web site truly wanted to be safe, it wouldn't permit photos of people in the stories--only drawings. There's really no way in this setup to pin down use permissions reliably, and the Web site is as responsible for what it publishes as is the one submitting the photo for publication.

Literotica tells authors that they must have the rights to whatever they're submitting, but AFAICT there are no checks on this unless somebody complains. That applies to both text and images.
