Posting for the first time

I know it says 7 days approx. to approve posts but if you rework it and submit the reworked post does it delay the approval further.this maybe a dumb question..

Every time you click the pending button and change something, it moves your story to the bottom of the queue.

Best to just leave it be.

It was running about 5 days for postings but a contest started today so that might add a few more and it being a first story that might add even more.

So, right now 7 to 9 days might be a good range.

And fiddling with the buttons will only make it longer.
