Worth revisiting, and genuine:

http://postsecret.blogspot.com/

I discovered this site after I heard its creator in a radio interview. He began by distributing a few thousand self-addressed postcards and inviting people to mail in anonymous confessions to be published in a book. The idea evolved and now most of the postcards he receives are original designs.

The postal worker who delivers his mail confesses she has a favorite. A plain white card that reads,

"I worked for the Post Office and we used to read postcards. Do you guys still do that?"

:D

Someone very swirly-special got me all 4 of the books for Christmas. I love 'em.

That site reminds me of the online confessional, from back in the early days of the internet. There were many of the same sorts of confessions...

I used to hide from customers in corners and get absorbed in those books while I was at Borders.
To this day I remember the one that said, "I still haven't told my father that I'm sick...with the same disease that killed my mother." :(
(Or something along those lines.)
