I'm still working on mine, too! Ab roller and wide push-ups to try and boost my boobs with muscle. lol Just so I can try to keep them up high.

Haha. I have not been to the gym in over a year. Need to stop being lazy and just go. I've never really had any athletic body but it's nice feeling strong and in shape.

I used to be quite shy. Still am a little, but I'm just an introvert. Can't help it. The only thing I can say about things like empathy is that it'll come with experience. :)

Yeah, for men weights are most effective. I hate exercising, but I do it. :rolleyes:

I'm absolutely an introvert. That's why posting these pictures is so out of character for me. *grimace* Oh well. I'm more comfortable with my body than I was 6 years ago, that's for sure.
