What that means is each bitch would be allowed to show her skills for any of the bitch positions. If her skills satisfy me better than the present holder of the position, I would make a change. Such as, if the anal bitch challenges the present mouth whore bitch, and her skills give me more satisfaction, the job would then go to her, and the former mouth whore would become the anal bitch.
Of course, if the new anal bitch's ass wasn't up to par, she would be demoted to punishment bitch and the punishment bitch would be the new anal bitch.
I consider this an interesting way to make sure each bitch keeps up with her specific job skills, because she could be challenged at any time. It's somewhat like an athlete who is tops of his/her heap in a particular game. There's always some up and comer who is looking for their spot of fame.
This keeps the bitch pool fluid and sharp, and the Master's pleasure at the maximum. Now, I don't say bitch fighting couldn't be another way to challenge. It does sound interesting, on it's own, doesn't it.
Oh, and Killishandra, special fighting skills could be allowed, but if you somehow damage your opponent and she can't perform her job functions, you could be forced to do her job as well as yours, until she heals. Just keep that in mind.
