Post-modern cafeterias

Today's cafeterias suck. Instead of an orderly line you pass through, tray in hand, its a free for all with people pushing up and jostling others out of the way to get to various food stations.

Also, the food sucks. What happened to those glasses with jello or pudding with a small dollop of whipped cream?

I don't think the food is all that bad, but I did get tired of the 'feeding frenzy.' Worse than an uncontrolled traffic intersection in a major Asian city.

And have you seen the size of some of those people? It'd take you the better part of an afternoon to get around some of those heffers.

Stick with Chinese or Indian lunch buffets. Much better than cafeterias.

The worst: microwaved frozen burritos at the average stop-n-rob.

Better just to eat a can or two of kippers from Dollar Tree.
