Hello, my wife is experiencing dryness and pain during intercourse post menopause. Due to family history she is hesitant to start any HRT including vaginal estrogen.

Does anyone here have any experience with hyaluronic acid suppositories and or suppliments such as slippery elm bark? I know that both of these things will only treat symptoms and are not a cure but we have limited options.

My wife wont take any cancer causing drug with her history. Sadly be no sexin my house for years... But im going to look at those and read about them. I did know a lady her doc told to use coconut oil. So she used it. But i think its so painful, at least with mine things ended. Let me know how it goes !!

Google it. I did. There is a lot of info on the internet. It’s a procedure done in the doctor’s (urologist) office.
