Hi, I was looking for a story where all the women in the world died. There was a scavenger who gets caught and forced to turn into a woman if he wants to stay does anyone have a clue what this one is I can’t find it.

Chapter 1 starts with:
[PROLOGUE]
The world has been ravaged by a number of increasingly dangerous coronaviruses, government control is first shaken, then loses all control. The world is thrust into a chaotic state where only the strong, or lucky survive for any amount of time. Among the world's population, there are a small number of those either resistant, or immune to this latest virus, this story revolves around one such person.
[Chapter 1: Choices]
Jim Roberts scanned around the bottom of the hotel, looking for any signs of life, He'd been watching through binoculars for two days now and hadn't seen a soul. Solar panels weren't standard equipment for hotel rooftops, yet someone had put them there. Someone smart enough to work out some kind of tracking system, as the eight panels slowly moved throughout the day to maximize their efficiency. The array was active, there had to be people in the hotel.

And ends with:
"So, I either agree to be raped by a soldier, and have my body changed without my consent, or I let them shoot me, or drown me, or whatever they do to the people that don't agree with their terms." Sarah cried out, and tears that had stopped long months ago, had returned, and she sobbed into her shoulder.
"None of the women have decided to pass on their offer, they've all stayed and married one of the men." Jennifer consoled her.
"How many of the women here are like you, well, like us I guess." she asked.
Jennifer wiped Sarah's tears away, kissed her cheek softly, then answered.
"All of them."
