Possible willing sex slavery?

Hey guys, random concept ideaaaaaaa... Go!

Our main character is female, and ends up being caught doing something scandalous, like having sex with a teacher, or something. The story reaches the newspapers and she's an emotional wreck, going so far as to contemplate killing herself out of pure depression and embarrassment. Soon after the event she's approached by a mysterious figure, who points her towards an illegal, secret website that can help, she's given the password and, whenmse gets home, she gets curious and finds the site.

The website is about a company (I don't have a name) which offers a unique proposition, they can realistically fake the main character's death, even making it claimable on insurance so her parents get given thousands of pounds, but theres a price: once her death has been faked, she'll be sold into the sex industry, as a rightless slave.

The girl, obviously, finds the idea ridiculous, having heard horror stories about sex slavery at school and such, but a few days later the depression's getting to her once again; she has to endure constant shady looks from strangers who recognise her and, with this on her record, she'll never be able to get a decent job. (Unrealistic, I know, but the teacher sex scandal can change to whatever it needs to be) She realises that her life is ruined, her only choices are suicide, or taking up the mysterious man's offer...

The set-up feels off for me. Unless the sex slavery bit is either misrepresented to her or sprung on her unawares, I don't see why she wouldn't just try moving and changing her name or various other remedies (including offing herself, because being actually dead looks like a better deal than what she's being offered).

Maybe misinterpretation wouldn't go amiss here, but its a concept, not anything actually well though out or finished... It'll probably be veeery different if I do write it

A Femme Nikita-style setup might be a possibility. If she's been convicted of a capital crime (whether or not she actually committed it), the change of identity / sex-slave thing -- possibly set up by a network of pervy law enforcement officials and their political buddies -- would then become at least a chance at life and eventual escape, instead of the certain finality of a firing squad.

I would just look for a way for her motives to make sense, basically.

...and maybe they could purposefully make it sound relatively easy to escape so as to lue in more people?

Or falsely pretend that it's only for a limited term or something.

Sounds good, but I'd rather avoid outright lies, it just seems to make it... Too easy, in a way.

I suppose there are sexxytimes ways around that. The limited-term offer might be genuine as far as it goes... but just leave out that they have plenty of ways to make their victims want to extend their stay.

Make it a period of indentured servitude, say seven years. There's a binding contract between the organization and herself - she works on assignment for them, they guarantee her health and safety, they screen the clients she works at.

There is a clause in the contract for 'overtime' - allowing a reduction to her period of servitude. So becoming a pony girl or hucow as an example for a client reduces the time she has to pay back. And provides a powerful incentive for her.

Since an organization is involved, our Nikita is obviously not a one-shot -- the group has done this before, weaving a complex web of indentured 'agents' of various genders and ethnicities, each with their own tales to tell. She eventually encounters and interacts with her counterparts. Do they click? Do they plot their freedom? Do they take over or subvert the organization? Do other competing organizations exist? Who are the real manipulators?

I'll admit to a background in Conspiracy Theory forums. I like building conspiracies. (Not that I believe them. Except the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy, of course.) The sex-slave ring is perfect for conspiracy twists, layered disinfo, prestidigitation, etc. Fun fun fun.

It could be done as a Doll House fanfic. She sells her body to the Doll House for 5 years in return for a new identity at the end.

I like the idea that she has done something horrendously bad to hurt someone and has Not had o pay any price for it. The remorse is eating her alive. She is so depressed over what she has done that she just wants to die. She can't bring herself to commit suicide so she let's herself be taken into slavery, not caring what happens to her. The adventures begin as she accepts everything that happens to her to attone for her sins.
