Possible to change tags and category on my story?

I've got a story posted that should probably have a tag that it's missing, and that I think probably should be placed in a different category. I don't see an obvious way to do these things on my author dashboard, is it best just to delete the story and resubmit?

Resubmit with a note to the admin, explaining everything. No need to delete it; the resubmission should override the old one and keep all your views and such intact.
