Possible to add X (formerly Twitter) to accepted media

I like to use Twitter to post some pics on random non sexual threads. Not sure how easy it is to do this, but could we add X (formerly Twitter) to this list?

My Twitter posts used to come up automatically as media, but now everything’s been moved to X, so just copy and paste a big long link.

Not the biggest problem in the world, but just curious if it’s possible or if it’s in the works.

I imagine you can because X is just Twitter's new name and they allowed it so I don't see an issue

It doesn’t embed as media however. I used to be able to count/paste a link and it’s show up as kid, now it just shows up as a link. Example:
